The number of victims during the protests in Israel exceeded 50 people. This is stated in the message of Al Jazeera.
“According to local health authorities in the West Bank, more than 50 Palestinians were injured during the protests, while 16 were sent to hospital”, – stated in the message.
In addition, according to the local newspaper at least four people were shot and wounded after Israeli soldiers fired live weapons against the protesters. It is reported that thousands of Palestinians took to the streets of Jerusalem, the West Bank and the Gaza strip to protest against the U.S. decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
