At the morning meeting in the Cherkassy city Council November 6, the Deputy of the mayor Gennady Shevchenko mistook the Roman numeral X with letter “x”.
A curious incident occurred during the speech of the Director of financial policy Department Natalia Dzhugan. Shevchenko could not understand that in the place of “x” is Cherkassy. Colleagues explained to him that it means “good place”.
Natalia Dzhugan explained to the officer that “stick and “x” is nine, and without a stick – and-ten”. After a few seconds she again had to repeat this because the Deputy mayor was asked to return the picture and once again asked, what does “x” place.
