The Chinese company Chuwi has announced the notebook LapBook Air from the segment of ultrabooks, characterized by a thin shell of metal and light weight. This modern mobile PC is now available for pre-order, and sales will begin before the end of this autumn.
Chuwi LapBook Air built on a hardware platform, Intel Apollo Lake, Intel Celeron N3450 with frequency up to 2.2 GHz on four cores and integrated Intel HD graphics card 500, produced on 14-nanometer technology. It consumes minimum electricity and is paired with a RAM of 8 GB DDR3, and the graphics card produces an image on a screen with a diagonal of 14.1 inches, matrix IPS and a resolution of Full HD or 1920×1080 pixels.
Instead of the hard disk inside the Chuwi LapBook Air is a full-fledged SSD-drive capacity of 128 GB (other sources claim that this is the EMMs module of the same volume), and microSD cards. Mobile PC weighs about 1.7 kg due to the battery capacity of 10000 mAh, charge which is enough for 8 hours under Windows 10 Home. It is included in the package along with a pair of USB 3.0 ports, microHDMI output, web camera 2 megapixels and a standard wireless modules. Chuwi Air LapBook is about 430 USD.
