In a large glass bowl add the pumpkin and semolina, cover with the water. Now add all the remaining ingredients, stir and leave for 10-15 minutes to be connected. Heat the oil in a pan and put the resulting mass by using a tablespoon to form little patties turned out. Fry on both sides until fully cooked.
2. Pumpkin country-style potatoes. For this dish should be cut into cubes of peeled pumpkin, pour it into the pan and fry like potatoes. When pumpkin is almost done, add grated on a fine grater garlic and chopped parsley leaves. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until ready and serve hot, though, and the cold pumpkin will be delicious.
3. Pumpkin soup-puree. This is probably the most popular dish of pumpkin, which is cooked not only during advent. So the soup turned out rich, use pumpkin, onions, carrots, potatoes, celery, garlic. All the ingredients are cut into small pieces, cook soup, and then whip it to the consistency of mashed potatoes and serve the meal, garnish with a sprig of parsley or dill.
4. The pilaf. All are used, pilaf must be meat, but those who at least once tried the risotto with pumpkin and mushrooms, remain forever loyal to this delicious dish. Preparing the pilaf just as well as meat, but instead of meat mushrooms, and of course pumpkin.
5. Sweet rolls with pumpkin. Take the pita bread in which to wrap up the pre-fried with sugar in vegetable oil pumpkin. Twist the edges so that the stuffing does not fall. Put the strudel on a baking sheet, put in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Then take out from the oven ready meat loaf, allow it to cool and cut into beautiful slices, spread on a dish and served with honey.
