Cheap and warm: Ukrainian built a house that doesn’t need to heat. Video

A resident of Ternopil region built the house-a sphere just 5 thousand dollars.

This build only costs 5 thousand dollars. Such a domed building built 5 years ago designer Paul from Ternopil. And not lost.

Warm in winter, airy in summer. Not afraid of such a house nor snow, nor wind.

Inside one room, divided into sectors. All from natural materials. Even the furniture is made of clay. Hot water heated from the stove. Therefore, the monthly bills for communal these hosts are not afraid.

The main dome of the building material is Styrofoam. The house consists of blocks that have grooves. On every row a different size.

The house is energy-efficient. Due to the form – proper ventilation, so in the winter, additional heating is not needed.

Other benefits include plenty of light and air and, more importantly, saving up to a third on building materials.

We will remind, in the once world-famous sanatorium Ukraine in the Ternopil region annually revitalized more than 3 thousand people. For 7 years the school is empty.
