Paul Mobley traveled the U.S. and photographed farmers for his book. He was shocked to learn that some people in his pictures more than 100 years.
“I’ve done about 30000 photos for his book. And then I realized that I have a collection of photos of centenarians.”
Paul decided to focus on my next photo book photographing centenarians in all US States. “If I live to be 100: the Wisdom of the aged”, the title of the book by Paul Mobley. In the book you can find people whose age is equal or exceeded 100 years, and learn the secrets of their longevity. Here are a few of the heroes of the book by Paul Mobley.

Mandy over 60 years eat donuts and drink coffee in the shop. When she turned 100 years old, the store allowed her to eat the donuts and drink coffee for free.
Twins INES and Harries Venice Show from California.
These women 103 years old and they still drive.

“Our key to longevity is to have a dog, never go to the doctor, drink herbal tea and beer, and eat apples,” laughs Bernard.
“You just need to live my life and be happy,” says Beatrice.
