In the case of Roman Nasirov got a lot of strange coincidences.

This week, deep in the night the judge of Solomensky court gave up and has sent Nasirov in jail. Although the Deposit is not 2 billion, as would the Prosecutor’s office, but only 100 million UAH. And this amount is open to question.

What’s next is waiting for a successful businessman and official? Most likely – a reduction of bail, release and inhibition of the process in court. In fact, up to 3 may NABU and SAP are required to complete the investigation and transfer the case to the court. But the anti-corruption court is still there. And the desire of ordinary judges to take on such serious cases the Ukrainians could see the example of Solomensky court. Judges are just afraid. Therefore, the process in the case of Roman Nasirov can last from two to four years and not finish anything.
Now, actually, about the arguments.
Argument 1. The tactics of the defense. Among lawyers Nasirov – interesting characters. Three Levkowetz, Doroshenko and Svetlichny – defended the head of the police Vinnytsia oblast Igor Anton Shevtsov. The man who was accused of treason and cooperation with the Russian FSB. During the court session Shevtsov became ill, he was taken to the hospital. And then, after 72 hours, the court was “forced” to let go Shevtsova. Reminds the court Nasirov, isn’t it?
Argument 2. Woven fate. With a stay Nasirov in jail – also an interesting story. As they say, it’s in the same cell with Ruslan zhurylo, former head of the United mining and chemical company. It is called the person of Mykola Martynenko, accused of involvement in corruption transactions. Nasirov and Mr. literally intertwined destinies. The judge of Solomensky court Bobrovnik, which on Tuesday sentenced Nasirova Deposit of 100 million, had previously decided the question of the measure of restraint for his cellmate. Bail for Mr. also was 100 million. And another interesting detail: the lawyer Ruslan zhurylo – Igor Cherezov. And he still is in the group of lawyers of the Roman Nasirov.
Argument 3. Reduction of bail. Tomorrow the judges of the Kyiv court of appeals will consider the appeal of lawyers Nasirova on reducing the bail amount. And the same court to reduce the bail for Ruslan zhurylo from 100 to 12 million. Another coincidence among the five judges who will consider the appeal, three scored in the zhurylo. So not so much chance that the performance will not be repeated and the judges will take the side of the anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office, which wants the opposite 20 times to raise the Deposit amount to 2 billion hryvnia.
Argument 4. Angry citizens. I must say that all this lace schemes, lawyers and judges have not yet released Nasirov. So, Nasirov still in jail, and all is not as he would like. Perhaps it is in the American curators of NABOO, which can give the Bureau the opportunity to look at the current government. But mostly Ukrainians, those who got total impunity and who came under the Solomensky court in order to force judges to judge. Self-organization of angry citizens there, in the offices, I’m afraid more than raids to NAB.
