Vehicles with any transit numbers affect safety.
Cars with foreign registration are a danger for Ukraine.
This was stated by the Minister of internal Affairs Arsen Avakov.
“Cars with any transit numbers affect safety. This is a problem,” – said the Minister.
Avakov said that it is impossible to establish the true car owners “EuroBLECH”. As an example, cited the situation in Kharkiv, when the driver of the vehicle with foreign registration hit man then abandoned the car and fled.
However, the Ministry of internal Affairs consider that this problem should be solved by the Ministry of Finance.
This is a problem, and this problem needs to be addressed. Unfortunately, the interior Ministry has not addressed the issues of cars with Lithuanian numbers. As far as I know, the Ministry of Finance and State fiscal service provided proposals for the settlement, — said Avakov.
