The leader of the self-proclaimed “LNR” Igor Carpenter did not run to Russia and remains in the occupied Lugansk. In particular, today, local media has posted a story about meeting Carpenter with the so-called heads of “MOE” and “MIA”.
“It’s time to end this. The point in this case will be delivered,” said Carpenter, commenting on the conflict with Igor Cornet.
