In the third quarter of 2018, the Central Bank estimates capital outflow from Russia in the amount of 14.5 billion, after a 0.4 billion in the second quarter and $ 17 billion in the first quarter.
Earlier, the regulator reported that, according to preliminary estimates, net capital outflow in January-August 2018 amounted to $ 26.5 billion. It follows from this that in September could be a net capital outflow of $ 5.4 billion.
