“Cannon fodder balalaika”: the Russian “zatrollit” new ensemble of the Ministry of defense

The network reacted strongly to the travel of the ensemble.

The song and dance ensemble of Russian army named after A. V. Alexandrov willing to go to any business trip, by order of the defense Ministry.

This was announced by artistic Director of the ensemble, Colonel Gennady Scenic.

“Despite the fact that in our hands folk musical instruments – accordions and balalaikas, we still are military men, all the orders of the defense Ministry performed implicitly. Where to send – there to fulfill their duties”, – said Scenic, answering the question about the possibility of travel to Syria.

The artistic Director said that in the upcoming plans for the ensemble include concerts in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

“From may 10 at the invitation of the Czech side we have the tour for almost a month in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, planned for a very long time. Visit twenty cities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, Prague, Bratislava, Ostrava, Brno, trenčín, Zvolen, scheduled the concert in Budapest”, – he said. The team expects to execute agreements for performances in China, agreed more than a year ago, in April, the ensemble will give two concerts in Turkey.
