1. Alcohol

Also alcohol is harmful to the human body at the cellular level and leads to age-related diseases such as diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular disease and dementia.
2. Traffic

5. Lack of sleep
The man who sleeps little, looks older than his years. According to one study, patients who complained of insomnia, had higher rates of skin aging: loss of elasticity, wrinkles, age spots.
6. Gadgets
Smartphones, tablets and other gadgets are harmful to the eyesight. Prolonged exposure to blue screens leads to age-related macular degeneration of the retina. Try to use the technique only when necessary, especially before bedtime.
