The import of potatoes in Ukraine is 5 times greater than export.
Ukraine in January-may 2017 imported potatoes on 2020000 dollars, while exports of the product concerned during the reporting period amounted to 418 thousand.
According to the State fiscal service of Ukraine.
So, from the Netherlands were imported potatoes on 857 thousand dollars, from Germany – 604 thousand dollars, out of Egypt – on 187 thousand dollars, From other countries – for 365 thousand dollars.
With exported from Ukraine within two months of the year was delivered of potatoes for a total amount of 418 thousand.
