There are many substances which can be used to combat obesity. Some are contained in wholesome foods such as ginger, and others are right on your kitchen shelves – as the sodium bicarbonate (or just ordinary baking soda).
Baking soda contains a perfect form for weight loss. The thing is – how to use it and there are three ways.
1.Baking soda with lemon juice and grapefruit.
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 lemon or grapefruit
A glass of water
Dissolve soda in a glass of water and add the lemon or grapefruit juice. After that, stir the mixture until all the ingredients dissolved. Consume this drink on an empty stomach 20 minutes before Breakfast.
2.Baking soda with Apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
1 Cup water
½ Teaspoon baking soda
Combine all ingredients in a glass, as the previous drink. Drink it on an empty stomach and you’ll quickly notice that you will lose weight and burn fat!
3.Baking soda fruit
2 cups water
1 Cup strawberries
1 bunch fresh mint leaves
a teaspoon of baking soda
Mix all the ingredients together. Use it twice a day.
