California has been preparing for nuclear bombing

The people on the West coast conducting emergency preparations for a possible nuclear threat.

The government of the U.S. state of California has developed an action plan in case of a “catastrophic” nuclear strike by the DPRK.

According to the tabloid, Ministry of national security of the United States, together with the authorities in Los Angeles issued a secret 16-page document called “responding to a nuclear attack” (Nuclear Attack Response Considerations).

“The consequences of a nuclear attack in southern California will be catastrophic. Nevertheless, it is expected that the authorities will continue to work to save the lives of people, maintain order and assist in the recovery process”, – quotes the edition of excerpts from the document.

Also, the text provides guidance about how to behave in case of nuclear attack. In particular, it is noted that victims have to wait for assistance within 72 hours, and those who will be directly next to the epicenter of the explosion, it is proposed “to lie face down and place hands under the body to protect exposed areas of the skin.”

The publication claims that the document was issued on the background of the frequent missile tests of the DPRK. So, September 15, North Korea conducted another missile test “And 12”. It flew 3,700 km and passed over the Japanese island of Hokkaido
