The court recognized the Irkutsk merchant Dmitry Tolmachev guilty of holding a meeting without notice (part 2 of article 20.2 of the administrative code). He gave opposition leader Alexei Navalny a place on the territory of their furniture shopping center “Moscow” meeting with supporters on November 4.
As reports “Interfax” with reference to the lawyer of the businessman, the court has arrested a man for five days. Earlier for the promotions was for seven days, the arrested coordinator of Navalny’s campaign staff, Sergei Bespalov.
