Businessman from Irkutsk gave 5 days for the provision of space for Navalny rally

The court recognized the Irkutsk merchant Dmitry Tolmachev guilty of holding a meeting without notice (part 2 of article 20.2 of the administrative code). He gave opposition leader Alexei Navalny a place on the territory of their furniture shopping center “Moscow” meeting with supporters on November 4.
