Bullying boy near Kiev: a new twist to the scandal

High school students mocked 10-year-old boy.

Over the ten-year-old boy with developmental disabilities in the village of Ivankiv in Kyiv region bullied high school students who are studying in the same institution. One of them consists on the account in police.

“Our two students, one eighth, one ninth grade, one boy in Kiev, graduated nine classes. One of those three boys is registered in the police”, – said the chief specialist of the Department of education Valentina Grusheva.

Neighbors of one of the abusers said that he was from a large family.

“Six children they have, good family. We wonder what he did,” said the neighbor.

As it became known, the organizer of the attack called 16-year-old Alexander. Offenders could face up to four years in prison.

We will remind, three teenagers walked past the house where 10-year-old Alex, and he called the boy with him and led him to the abandoned buildings of the former farm. The child learns in the third grade on inclusive education because of mental retardation.

The victim after the abuse was diagnosed with abdominal trauma and abrasions of the knees.
