Russia will choose the most creative shovel.
In Stavropol, in celebration of carnival, will be a contest for the most creative shovel for pancakes.
Farewell to winter will take place on February 26 in a local Park of culture and rest. “The main feature of the festivities will be competition, “Sun on the shovel”, where the focus will be one of the comic “characters” of the regional center — the shovel.
