Engineering group Arey, who is engaged in repair and development of new models of military equipment, announced the campaign of “Broken equipment with advanced – a gift to the head of the SBU Vasily Gritsak”.
“Friends, warriors, please send us the broken military equipment that cannot be repaired!
We will pack it festive, decorate with beads, ribbons and deliver as a gift the head of the SBU Vasily Gritsak. Otherwise he will not understand that the army in the war need military equipment!”, – it is told in the message published on the official group page in Facebook on Sunday evening, July 3.
The engineering team explained the action by the need to draw attention to the inaction of the security service, which disrupted the transfer of trials to the Armed forces of Ukraine, armoured wheeled vehicle “Gecko”.
“It’s been eight months since our enterprise is captured raiders, blocked the development of military equipment, took off the BKM test “Gecko”. On the verge of collapse – the tank T-Rex and a heavy IFV… Almost two months APU asked SBU to take away from raiders and pass for test BKM “Gecko”. SBU does not hear and does not see the requirements of the military,” – said in a statement.
BKM “Gecko” was created on the basis of the BRDM. She was preparing for testing and subsequent launch of mass production.
