As the newspaper notes, “NTV Mir” and “Ren TV” can transfer programs from Russia to the European Union by Ofcom licenses owned by the company Baltic Media Alliance Ltd, registered address in Central London. According to the Executive Director of the company, Margus Merima, both channels focus on topics related to entertainment and culture.
