“Sphere” was clearly not any big event for American movies. Nothing helped: neither the fact that the film based on the bestseller by Dave Eggers, no hot topic “Empire of goodness” on the Internet, nor the music of Danny Elfman or Emma Watson and Tom Hanks in the lead roles. At the start of the rental Thriller took the bar and $ 10 million in box office receipts, had to be satisfied with a modest fourth place of the top.
In General, the weekend was not very in terms of numbers. Two other premieres – the great Indian movie “, Bahubali: Completion” and “How to be a Latin lover” has collected a little more than “Spheres”. However, the Comedy about elderly Latin macho had a very modest painting and, based on the copy showed excellent results. But the leader remains “fast and furious 8”, charges which, however, also not outstanding.
