By the end of 2017, Boryspil airport handled 10.6 million passengers, which is by 22.1% more than in 2016.
This is evidenced by the European branch of the International Association of airports (ACI Europe), reported in a press-service of the airport.
Thanks to such dynamics, the airport was recognized as one of the fastest growing European airports in the category from 5 to 10 million passengers.
So, Boryspil airport took third place in the ranking, the Wake of the airports of Keflavik (+28.3%) and Naples (+26.6 percent).
It is noted that the passenger traffic of the airport Borispol in comparison with the figure of 2015 was increased by 43.2%.
Recall that by 2016 passenger traffic Boryspil airport reached 8.7 million people.
