The driver and the citizen of Ukraine is threatened with administrative responsibility.
Two Russian citizens were detained at the border checkpoint “Veselovka” in Belarus because of the attempts to smuggle in the trunk of an old citizen of Ukraine.
This was reported in pogransluzhby Belarus and released a video of the incident.
“The 60-year-old woman, the validity of the passport expired in March 2015. Therefore, in such a simple way with the help of my daughter and her boyfriend she decided to “skip” all types of border control”, – is told in the message of the Belarusian Ministry.
According to the Ukrainian, Russian border guards warned her that the document requires replacement, but she ignored their message.
All three passengers were arrested. The driver and the citizen of Ukraine is threatened with administrative responsibility. The woman will also be held accountable for violation of rules of stay on the territory of Belarus.
