The people of Kiev are outraged by the appearance of “snow” out of foam.
In the capital in the district Encouraging for Sunday and Monday was a “snow” of crushed spherical foam. They covered a few blocks. This is reported by users of Facebook in the group “My Encouraging” and upload the corresponding photos.
“You go home. At Lepse (now Boulevard Vaclav Havel) from the bridge (streets) Dobrushskoe everywhere foam. What could it be?” – posted by Victoria Izumrudova.
Other users write that the foam as much as two quarters are blown away from the construction – insulated facade of building.
“Because of the construction on the corner of Havel and Bielecki. Put Windows that bring in the foam. It crumbles and is carried by the wind,” said Alexander Breaks.
Note that the artificial “snow” is already the second day in a row.
