Kharkov lawyer Dmitry Likhachev filed a lawsuit against the President of Petro Poroshenko in connection with the blocking of social network “Vkontakte” and other Russian resources.
Likhachev has filed a lawsuit in the Supreme administrative court to invalidate the part of the clauses of the decree of the President of Ukraine of blocking Russian websites and social networks.
“I will not tolerate such lawlessness and impunity in violation of the rights of citizens, Mr. President. And it’s not in the VC and not the “Classmates”, etc in the way to limit freedom. What is tomorrow? Disable think? To ban breathing? I just can’t understand where and when I had granted the state the right to determine what and where me to look, to read and write”, — he wrote on his page on Facebook, post a photo of the claim.
Kharkov the lawyer added that Ukraine is heading for Europe, and similar in its actions on North Korea.
The text of the lawsuit stated that the 11 points of the presidential decree violates the provisions of the European Convention for the protection of human rights, the International Covenant on civil and political rights, and article 34 of the Constitution on freedom of thought and speech.
