Blockade of Donbass: residents of Mariupol held a protest

People divided into two camps, one in favor of the blockade, the other against it.

To stop the trade blockade of Donbass demanded on 7 March, the inhabitants of Mariupol.

On the Central square out of about 5 thousand protesters.

According to the organizers – representatives of Union of Industrialists and entrepreneurs – because of blocked railway lines stopped deliveries of raw materials, and factories have already begun to stop.

Thus, because of the blockade of Donbass without work can remain more than 100 thousand inhabitants.

“I personally don’t understand how Ukraine will become stronger, if 100 thousand people will lose their jobs, will cease (to do – Ed.) elektroenergiya, (citizens – Ed.) will lose the opportunity to visit schools, kindergartens. Ukraine will become stronger? Of course not. Will the guys on the front line, the army easier? Of course not,” said the people’s Deputy Dmitry Lubinets.
