A couple of days ago we told you about a new project of Roman Karimov – the horror film “Black water”. The Creator of such films as “Inadequate people” and “denied!”, decided to change profile and try my hand at a dark field movie. And we are only the more certain reputation Director myself. “Karimov does not remove garbage” as they called it on the Internet. Maybe with the horrors he will succeed?
In the Internet appeared the full trailer for the picture. Landscapes of the Russian province, the sinister ship and hell. Looks the movie quite cheerfully, although the story itself is unlikely to indulge us with some revelations.
Recall synopsis:
Three young men — Maxim, his brother Peter and his new girlfriend, Polina, — come to God-forsaken village, where is located on an old abandoned ship, which is among the local very bad reputation.
Suddenly the night Pauline disappears, and the brothers rush to find her. But when she returns unexpectedly, there started to happen strange things. Maxim feared for the girl, and his brother suspect that this… is not Pauline.
By the way, if the character of Eugene Alekhine looks a bit sedated, and conceived. In the story before the trip he gets out of rehab, where he tried to cope with psychological problems, which it “awarded” hanged mother. This moment will certainly play a role, because the picture is positioned as a mix of horror and drama. And roll there is more to the side stories of madness, rather than classical mysticism. Well, we’ll see. In any case, a strong psychological line yet none of the film was not harmed: it is always more fun to watch real people with their cockroaches than soulless characters-cardboard.
In addition to Alekhine in “Black water” soloist Irina Starshenbaum (“Gravity”) and Dmitry Bogdan (“Chapiteau show”). On the script worked Alexander Lungin and Sergei Osipyan, but Karimov rewrote it to meet the budget. The Russian premiere is scheduled for July 13, 2017. And then we find out why the villagers “feed” the river raw pork.
