This is the website of RTCG with reference to information of the Montenegrin daily newspaper Pobjeda.
It is reported that in the “black list” were all members of the government and 46 deputies of the Parliament of Montenegro, which voted for the Protocol on accession to NATO, and heads of major state companies.

The Montenegrin side intends to send a request to the foreign Ministry for a list of undesirable persons, to avoid such a situation, as with the MP Miodrag vuković, who was recently detained at a Moscow airport.
However, according to media reports, Moscow is not obliged and does not intend to disclose the list of undesirable persons from Montenegro.
