The company “Fininvest” owned by an influential Italian politician and businessman Silvio Berlusconi, announced the completion of the sale of Milan.
The new owner of the club was a consortium of “Rossoneri Sport Investment Lux”, paid for 99.93% of shares Milan EUR 740 million. Of this amount, 220 million will be used to repay debt.
