Belarus is ready to resign after the inauguration of the President

Klimkin will offer the newly elected President to dismiss him from his post after the inauguration, the date of which has not yet been determined.

“I won’t be dismissed, because we must have a political culture. In the political culture will allow the new President to choose those with whom it needs to work in such areas as foreign policy and defense. That is, of course, I have to offer the new President his resignation, and I will definitely do it,” he said.

The Minister did not specify what would happen if Zelensky offer of resignation and will not accept.

Recall Zelensky at the meeting with heads of fractions of Parliament suggested that the date of inauguration on may 19.

The Parliament can appoint the inauguration date not earlier than may 14.
