Because of the fights near NABU and SAP opened two criminal cases

The two proceedings was the article “hooliganism”.

On the facts of the events that occurred on Tuesday near the building of the National anti-corruption Bureau and the Specialized anticorruption Prosecutor’s office was two criminal proceedings under article “hooliganism”.

This was reported by the press service of the Kiev Prosecutor’s office on Facebook.

“The fact of hooliganism committed by a group of persons who broke into the premises of NABOO, damaging the front door and external blinds, registered criminal proceedings on the preliminary legal qualification of part 2 of article 296 of the criminal code”, – stated in the message.

Pre-judicial investigation on this case has been assigned to the Solomensky management of national police.

“In addition, in connection with the riots that occurred on the same day, under the walls of the building of SAP, including with the use of green fodder in respect of the individual participants in the Unified register also contains the information on part 2 of article 296 of the criminal code”, – stated in the message.

Pre-judicial investigation on this case will hold Shevchenkovsky Department of national police.

Based on the investigation of actions of participants of these events will be given legal assessment.

We will remind, on Tuesday near the building of the NABOO held a protest action, which participants broke into the building and made it a riot. The protesters entered the first floor of the room, pushed aside the guard, broke furniture and threw the floor cakes.

Previously the SAP building on Isahakyan street poured green paint the head of the “center of counteraction of corruption” Vitaly Shabunin, and threw him some cakes in packages brand “Roshen”.
