The concert of “Okean Elzy” in Severodonetsk, Luhansk region will not take place due to the emergency status of the stands at the stadium “Chemist”.
This was announced by the Deputy mayor of Severodonetsk Aleksey Yarosh.
In the regional Council held an emergency meeting with the participation of rescuers and law enforcement officers, and also went to the stadium to check that the condition of the stands is really an emergency and to take the estimated number of spectators at 25-30 thousand here will fail.
