Dmitri Hvorostovsky will be buried at Novodevichy cemetery in Moscow. Sergei Sobyanin has supported the appeal of Vladimir Medinsky about the burial of the singer at the Novodevichy cemetery.
Date and time of the funeral was not formally called, however, “Izvestia” reported that, most likely, the farewell ceremony will be held on November 27.
Opera singer Dmitri Hvorostovsky, died 22 November in London at the age of 55 years after a long illness.
