Head of the Council expects that the draft law will be ready in the coming weeks.
The text of the bill, the ATO will be ready before the end of the last plenary week.
This opinion was expressed by the head of the Verkhovna Rada Andrew Parubiy.
Last plenary week of Parliament before the holiday will be held from 11 to 14 July.
“Today, more debates and discussions and I think we will be able to the last plenary week to go to the bill itself, in his text, but to date it yet,” – said paruby.
Head of the Council also recalled the key points of the future law: the creation of a single operational headquarters, as well as the format of the military operation, while preserving all democratic procedures.
On 23 June, the Deputy Minister of the temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons Georgy Tuka said that the adoption of the law about the ATO does not mean that Ukraine will begin full-scale war.
