Negotiating the release of Brexit should be completed in the fall of 2018, and after all procedures the UK should leave the EU in March 2019.
This is stated in the schedule of passage of Brexit, published by the European Commission in the framework of the special summit of the EU on Britain’s withdrawal from the Community.
Under the proposed plan by the European Commission, completing the UK’s membership in the EU falls on March 2019.
This should be preceded by an 18-month negotiation between the EU and London, due to begin in June 2017 and be completed in the autumn of 2018. Further, during the winter of 2019 must pass the internal approval process negotiating proposals in the EU Council and the European Parliament, then the agreement about Brexit will come into force, and Britain will be free from the Community.
