The tea party
The tea ceremony – traditional ritual of the inhabitants of the East. For anybody not a secret that tea is an excellent source of antioxidants, especially green tea. Studies show that Japanese people consume large amounts of green tea have lower mortality rates.
Interesting fact: the Chinese have been drinking green tea more than 4,000 years.
White skin
Skin free of blemishes is every girl’s dream! In Korea paleness was considered a sign of gentility. To lighten skin, use a simple recipe: grind mint leaves to a paste and apply the mixture on face, leave for 15 minutes.
