Moscow is against Montenegro information war.
Statement of the MFA of the Russian Federation on anti-Russian hysteria in Montenegro are untrue and are part of the information war that Russia is waging against the Balkan countries.
This is stated in the statement of the foreign Ministry of Montenegro.
“The Ministry of foreign Affairs of Montenegro strongly rejects the unfounded accusations of “anti-Russian hysteria” in Montenegro, submitted to the press-Secretary of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Russia”, – stated in the message.
The foreign Ministry of Montenegro said that no reason to speak of hostility to Russian tourists or businessmen in Montenegro.
“So it’s just a manipulation and a part of the information war that Moscow waged against Montenegro with a well-known intention of obstruction the accession of Montenegro to NATO” – said in the Montenegrin foreign Ministry.
The Ministry of foreign Affairs of Montenegro says that it is only the government of Montenegro decides the future of the country no matter you like it or not Moscow.
We will remind, on the eve of the representative of the Russian foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova said about “the surge of anti-Russian hysteria” in Montenegro and warned about possible provocations against the Russians.
As you know, Russia is strongly opposed to the forthcoming accession of Montenegro to NATO.
