This is reported by analysts of the Ukrainian club of agrarian business (ASTP).

The meat on the shelves will grow by 7-12%. However this growth prices will be short and closer to the end of April, the prices again will fall to current levels, experts say.

“The rise in price due to increased demand for meat products, because now there are the first signs of this trend influenced by the increase in purchase prices for live cattle,” – said in the ASTP.

In addition, the expected increase in the cost of eggs, for which demand during the Easter holidays traditionally high.

You should also expect a rise in price of vegetables and groceries by 2-4% due to seasonal factors. But dairy products should be cheaper by 3-6% due to increased production volumes.
