The final, eighth season of “Game of thrones” will be released not in 2018 as planned, in 2019.
This was told by Director of programming HBO Bloyce Casey in an interview with Entertainment Weekly.
According to Blois, HBO and David Benioff is not going to lower the bar set for me, and the last season (which is 6 episodes) will take at least 1.5 years.
“They have to write the scripts for the episodes and determine the schedule of release. We’ll know for sure after they will write the main part of the script,” he added.
