Substantial debts for heating and hot water accumulated state budget. On September 1 of this year the debt of the organizations financed from the state budget amounted to UAH 43.6 million, and the debt of the state budget on payment of privileges and subsidies amounted to 304, 2 million.
The critical situation with payments for heating and hot water is stored in svyatoshynskyi (178,6 million UAH) and Desna (179,4 million UAH) regions.
The total debt of the population for heating and hot water to “Kyivenergo” on September 1, 2017 amounted to UAH 1.35 bn. Debt residents of the capital for the heating is 810,4 million UAH debt for hot water – 539,5 million UAH.
