The head of the SFS is one cellmate.

The head of the State fiscal service of the Roman Nasirov was placed in a quadruple cell of Lukyanovka jail. Now this cell contains another person.

This was at the briefing said Deputy justice Minister Denis Chernyshov. He noted that Nasirov not the most comfortable camera in Lukyanovka jail.

Nasirov was taken to a detention center on Tuesday at about 4:00. He was immediately examined by a physician of the medical unit of the detention center.

“His state of health is satisfactory”, – said Chernyshov.

Recall the night Solomensky district court of Kiev arrested Nasirov for 60 days and set the bail at 100 million hryvnia.

Nasirov was arrested on the night of March 3 in a hospital “Feofaniya” on suspicion of committing a crime under part 2 St. 364 criminal code of Ukraine (abuse of official position, entailed heavy consequences). He is charged with unlawful installments of tax debts of enterprises Onishchenko and causing losses to the state 2 billion hryvnia.

On the evening of 4 March the first attempt to elect Nasirova measure, but the judge of Solomensky regional court Alexander Bobrovnik decided to move the meeting to Sunday due to the fact that not all defenders Nasirov had time to read the case.

The morning of March 5 protection Nasirov said the withdrawal of the judge again blocked consideration of the measure. Sunday in court was not the duty of the judge and the recusal of Bobrivnyk there was no one to consider.

March 7, the court made a third attempt and arrested the head of the SFS.
