On Thursday, the EP will vote on visa-free regime for Ukraine.
The vote in the European Parliament for visa-free regime for short term travel to the EU for Ukrainian citizens will be held on Thursday, April 6.
This was stated by the Director of the official representatives of the EP, Jaume Duk.
It is noted that the text of the draft legislation had already been agreed informally with the EU Council. It is expected to come into force in early June.
However, the most important political agenda item opening on Monday at the Strasbourg plenary session of the European Parliament Duk called debate about the upcoming start of negotiations on the UK’s exit from the European Union.
According to him, the forthcoming resolution will be of great importance, as it will serve as a sort of mandate on the basis of which will act to the European Parliament.
