The price index of apartments in the Ukrainian real estate market in 2017.
In 2017, the recorded increase in the price index for residential property in new buildings. At the beginning of the current year was an increase in the price level by 1.1% in comparison with IV quarter of 2016. Such data takes the SSSU. The price of residential properties in new buildings in 2017 increased by 1.1%, when compared with the fourth quarter of the previous year. For the first quarter of the year, the cost of one-bedroom apartments increased by 0.6, two on 1 and three-by 2.6%, compared to the last quarter of 2016.

As for the secondary housing market, we determined that in 2017 for the first quarter prices rose by 2.6% in comparison with the situation in the real estate market in the fourth quarter of 2016. The comparison results of I quarter 2017 last quarter of the previous year shows that the price of one-bedroom apartments on the secondary housing market increased by 4.2%. The same trend is observed in the prices for two-bedroom apartments. Compared with the results of the last quarter of 2016, for the first quarter, the price level for such apartments in the current year increased by 2%. A comparison of the prices for the first quarter of 2017 indicates an increase in the level of prices in the primary housing market by 2.2% when compared with the first quarter last year.
The price for one-bedroom apartments fell by 0.7%. Prices for other apartments has increased. The price index for flats in new buildings increased by 5.3% compared to the first quarter of the previous year, while prices for two-bedroom rose by 1.9%.
On the secondary market as the primary observed prices. The index for the first quarter of 2017 is higher by 1.9% than the indicators of the first quarter of 2016. Indicators of the level of prices for one-room apartments on the secondary housing market increased by 8%. Another trend recorded in the prices of one-bedroom apartments — a decrease of 2.6%. Compare prices for two-bedroom apartments in the first quarter of the current year indicates an increase of the index by 2.8% relative to 2016.
