HBO has shared his unique shots of great scenes.
, HBO showed the shooting of the sixth episode of the seventh season of “Game of thrones”.
The video shows what the opening scene of the episode filmed in Iceland. Because of the short daylight scenes “on location” had to be removed very quickly.
Shooting the second part of the episode happened in Belfast in Northern Ireland, where the winter had to be created artificially. This white paint and artificial snow had to cover the rocks, and the ice of the lake had to build in an abandoned quarry, the Bay, the remains of the mine of asphalt on top of it and installing artificial ice.
Other parts of the scenes were filmed in the halls, using green background. In particular, it was shot impressive scene with a zombie bear. The monster was drawn in post-processing. On the set of the role of the animal performed statistician with the frame of a bear’s head on a stick.
The scene with the walkers, where some people have failed under ice, was also shot in the pavilion. As always, the dragons of Daenerys Targaryen portrayed by CGI technology, and during the filming of their role “played” mechanical design of a green and special pyrotechnic equipment.
