According to the head of Department Vasily Gritsak, Russian secret services use a “subtle” recruitment among the patriots.
One of the initiators of “protests” that are destabilizing the situation in Ukraine at the behest of Russia, is the leader of the radical movement Emery Nicholas Dulsky, who previously were part of the group White hammer, and is now hiding in Moscow. This was at the briefing on countering the subversive activities of Russian special services to destabilize Ukraine, said the head of the SBU Basil Gritsak.
He stressed that the Russian special services in conjunction with collaborators from among the runaway top officials and recruited Ukrainians “are working systematically to destabilize the situation”.
“I don’t want to accuse all representatives of Emery, who continue to operate in Kiev. Traditionally the special services for today hostile to us countries use methods such as recruiting people from among patriotically adjusted citizens, as well as the introduction of its sources in a Patriotic environment. Despite the adequate reaction of law enforcement authorities, foreign curators Dul not stop trying to implement unlawful intentions,” he said.
According to Hrytsak, the security services of the Russian Federation “carefully” monitor the problems of Ukraine at national and regional levels, which is then used for carrying out actions aimed at destabilizing the situation.
