Anastasia Deeva outraged by the conditions of carriage.
The real scandal at the airport budget company Wizz air has arranged the assistant of the Minister of internal Affairs Arsen Avakov Anastasia Deeva.On his page on Facebook official wrote that it was not satisfied with rules of baggage transportation: on the registration Desk, she was forced to pay extra for a manual claiu, although in the past such claims was not there.
“With this tiny suitcase I always fly. OK, stood in line, paid for the Luggage is half the cost of a single ticket. But the story is not over. When boarding the plane, I the girl very rudely asked to combine the bag, which laptop, documents, folders, and more with hand Luggage, for which I already paid. WTF. I said it was humiliating and impossible, and no one at check-in, I never said that. What she said was out of line and not to fly then. It’s just supereasy, disgusting, humiliating service. Ever!” – Deeva writes on his page.
Comments note that the rules changed quite a long time and has already become the norm, and problems in the official arose because she did not feel the need to read the rules of the airline.
