The court ordered the Prosecutor General to check the Minister of internal Affairs.
The court rejected the arguments of the GPU, which explained the reluctance to register the criminal proceedings “is not set out in full the elements of the offence”.
“The law imposes on the applicant the obligation to fully reproduce the statement or report on criminal offence all the elements of the offense, fairly presenting objective elements of a crime”, – stated in the judgment.
