In particular, the adviser to the interior Minister recalled the group “the Blue whale” the social network “Vkontakte” that promote suicide among children and adolescents. According to him, through these social network “Putin poisons the brain and kills morality in teenagers”.
Shkiryak also urged Ukrainians to register in Facebook, Twitter and Google+, instead of continuing to use Russian social networks.
