The claims relate to the protection of honor and dignity.
The Minister of internal Affairs Arsen Avakov, Verkhovna Rada Deputy Sergey Pashinskiy and Andriy Ivanchuk, and also the head of the State fiscal service Roman Nasirov (removed from office) has filed a lawsuit against Mikhail Saakashvili.
According to the site “Judicial power”, and against Saakashvili filed four lawsuits on protection of honor and dignity.
Claims will be reviewed in September-October and December this year.
Justification of claims is not yet known.
We will remind that on 26 July it became known that the President Petro Poroshenko terminated Ukrainian citizenship Saakashvili. The former Governor of Odessa region at that time was in the United States. Since he is abroad, but intends to return to Ukraine on September 10.
