In Washington, the secret service arrested a man who drove up to the checkpoint at the White house and said that his car bomb.
While there is no evidence that the car was indeed an explosive device. But the White house stepped up security, and several surrounding streets blocked.
According to sources, at the moment the suspect is detained and his car searched by professionals.
